CSS Construction LLC provides a limited workmanship warranty on eligible construction and remodeling services performed by our company.
The workmanship warranty covers defects that result directly from improper installation or workmanship performed by CSS Construction LLC.
Warranty coverage begins on the date of substantial project completion unless otherwise stated in the signed construction agreement.
Many materials, fixtures, appliances, windows, doors, roofing products, flooring products, and other building components are covered by separate manufacturer warranties.
CSS Construction LLC does not manufacture these products and therefore cannot extend, modify, or guarantee manufacturer warranties.
Customers should retain all manufacturer warranty documentation provided upon project completion.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Owner neglect or improper maintenance
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or modifications by others
Structural movement, settling, or shifting of the property
Weather-related damage, natural disasters, flooding, storms, or other events beyond our control
Materials supplied by the homeowner
Work performed by third-party contractors
Cosmetic issues resulting from natural aging of materials
Minor shrinkage, expansion, or seasonal movement common in construction materials
If you believe a workmanship issue exists, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

Upon receiving a warranty request, we will review the concern and schedule an inspection if necessary.
CSS Construction LLC's responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or correction of covered workmanship defects.
This warranty does not include compensation for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Certain projects may include additional warranty terms outlined in the signed project contract. In the event of a conflict, the project contract shall govern.
