class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The prospective buyer must maintain a bank account denominated in U.S. currency in their home country.<\/li><li class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Based on the available account balance, our lending partners will issue a pre-qualification letter after reviewing the applicant\u2019s most recent three months of bank statements.<\/li><li class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The buyer must provide a copy of their valid passport, with or without a U.S. visitor visa.<\/li><li class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A declaration of assets must be submitted for financial review.<\/li><li class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The buyer must provide proof of residence in their home country, such as a property ownership document or rental agreement.<\/li><li class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Copies of recent utility bills, including electricity and water bills from the home country, are required for verification purposes.<\/li><li class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A minimum down payment of 30% of the property purchase price is required.<\/li><li>In addition, the buyer must maintain a minimum reserve of $10,000 at the time of closing and be prepared to cover approximately 5% in closing costs to complete the transaction and
