He spent five years overseeing operations at Town and Country Office and Carpet Cleaning before being promoted to General Manager. During his tenure, William’s strategic sales and marketing leadership, combined with his adoption of innovative cleaning techniques, grew the company’s revenue to $5 million annually. He also trained his team in specialized services such as floor stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, window washing, pressure washing, and post-construction cleanups, fostering both company growth and employee development.After a decade of transformative leadership, William ventured into entrepreneurship by founding Smart Clean Building Maintenance. Under his guidance, the company rapidly scaled to over $2.5 million in annual revenue and continues to thrive. Beyond his own success, William discovered a passion for empowering others. He has mentored small business owners and career changers, helping them optimize their skills and build thriving enterprises.
